You can browse tutors without an account, but you'll need to register (free) to book a session and message tutors. Registration takes under a minute with just an email address.

Read each tutor's profile carefully — check their qualifications, subject specialisms, session experience, and star rating. Read reviews from real students. You can also message a tutor before booking to ask about their teaching style and availability.

Many tutors have same-day or next-day availability. For most subjects, you can find and book a session within minutes. You'll receive a confirmation by email as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Every applicant must: (1) provide proof of academic credentials (minimum Master's degree), (2) pass a subject-knowledge test, (3) complete a sample teaching demonstration reviewed by our quality team, and (4) complete an identity verification check. Fewer than 20% of applicants are approved.

We have tutors for every academic level: undergraduate (Year 1–4), postgraduate (Masters), PhD level, and professional certifications. Filter by academic level when browsing so you're matched with the most appropriate expert.

You pay per session at the tutor's hourly rate when you confirm your booking. Your satisfaction is guaranteed — if something goes wrong, contact our support team and we'll make it right.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

You're entitled to a full refund if: a session is cancelled by the tutor, the tutor is a no-show, or the session doesn't match what was agreed. For quality concerns, contact our support team and we'll work with you to find the right resolution.

No. The hourly rate shown on the tutor's profile is the rate you pay. We don't add platform fees for students. There are no subscription costs or surprise charges.

Completely. We never share your name, email, or any personal information with third parties. Tutors only see you as an anonymised student ID — they never know your real identity.

We have no connection to any university systems. We don't share customer data with educational institutions. Your order history is private and accessible only to you and our internal support team.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support — we'll process it within 30 days in line with GDPR.
